Formats admitted:

Texts: 1 page A4 - Purpose / Methods / Results / Conclusions, 500 words maximum.
Posters: size 120 x 90 (landscape)

 
The time frame for oral presentations is 7 min talk and 2 min discussion.
To avoid overruns and delays during the sessions we recommend planning 1 slide per minute and a maximum of 9 slides for each oral presentation. If your topic is too complex for a 7 min presentation we recommend a poster presentation.

To submit an abstract, use the link in the confirmation e-mail of your registration (registration must be completed before submission).

Please note: the official language of the meeting in English; simultaneous translation will not be held.
